Balmoral Panel Room 1
On the Lower Ground Floor, the Balmoral Function is one of our three panel rooms.

Buckingham Panel Room 2
On the Lower Ground floor, this is our second room for panel items.

Dealer Room
Located on the Mezzanine to the right of the lifts, in the “Durham Gallery” room. Books, merch, info and sign ups for societies, and lots of other great stuff to see!

Edinburgh Panel Room 3
On the Lower Ground floor, Edinburgh is our third room for regular panel items.

Gloucester Reading Room 2
On the Lower Ground floor, Gloucester (pronounced “GLOSS-ter”) is our second reading room.

Osborne Reading Room 1
On the Lower Ground floor, Osborne is one of our two reading rooms.

Oxford Main room
Upper Ground floor. A room for ceremonies, guest of honour interviews, and larger panels.

Surrey 1 (Meetings)
On the Lower Ground floor. A room for “Meet the author” type events, and Board or committee meetings.
Quiet Zone
On the Mezzanine level of the hotel, to the left of the lifts. An area to chill out and take a break from the hustle and bustle. We ask anyone who uses it to be considerate of others and for people to avoid loud conversations or noise nearby where possible.

In the Durham room. On the Upper Ground floor. Come and see our talented artists.
