Dealers

The form below is for dealer applications for World Fantasy Convention 2025.

There are WFC rules about the types of trade that can be a part of the convention. Independent presses and booksellers are very welcome, others will be considered on a case by case basis. Once you complete the form, we will be able to discuss how the rules apply to you.

Once approved you can purchase a Dealer membership via this website. Dealer membership includes 1 attendee and 1 table. Further tables will be available should space allow. Staff on your table can purchase a regular attending membership.

Please do also look at our adverts and sponsorship page for ways we can promote your business.

We also have the option for attending authors to put one or two titles for sale on the convention table. There will be a charge for this and commission on any sales. This is available via our shop.

You can also sell books at the mass autograph signing (you will not have access to electricity) and at launches/parties.

Overseas Dealers

It is up to individual dealers to check if they need to pay any import duty or taxes, but here are some resources that might help:

Books are zero rated for Value Added Tax (VAT) in the UK so you may not need to pay this, other items may be subject to VAT:

You may need to declare the items as commercial goods at customs or via the government website. Depending on the weight and value of the goods you may be able to make a simple online declaration.
