What does this mean?

After joining, you can participate in the programming, take part in a workshop, or just come to watch our panels, interviews, and talks. There is a choice of online or in person membership.

Apply to be a dealer and sell items at the event

Trading at WFC is a vibrant part of the event. Attendees are keen to pick up new publications for some of the genre’s best writers. If the authors is attending, you can often get items signed at the mass autograph session.

Fill out the form on our dealers page to apply and buy dealers membership if successful.

Take part in our art show

A visual showcase of creative work from some of the best artists working in fantasy and horror.

Advertise or become a sponsor, or donate items

Get more eyes on your products, either by taking out an advertisement in our programme, or sponsoring part of the convention. You can also donate items for our book bags and raffle prizes.

You can also sponsor a fan to come to the convention who might not have the means otherwise by donating to our bursary!

Go to an awards ceremony & banquet

There are two major awards ceremonies at the convention!

The first, on the Saturday night, is the British Fantasy Awards, where the British Fantasy Society members have voted for their favourites from the last year.

Then, on Sunday, there is the World Fantasy Awards and banquet. Dress up and feast while the spectacle unfolds!
