WFC 2025 is a an exciting and vibrant event where you may want to launch your new publications, or celebrate your achievements or milestones!
As part of the programme for the event, we will schedule a series of exclusive launches for publishers and their authors. These are opportunities to learn more about the latest installment in a special series, discover new writers in anthologies and much much more.
Launches also give authors a chance to meet their readers and sign their books. It is permissible to sell books at launches, but please see the notes about tax and importing for those coming from overseas on our dealers page.
There is no charge for book Launches or parties, but it is traditional to provide refreshments, which we pass on the costs from the venue. We will email you with refreshment prices closer to the time to finalise details.
Please note, these details only apply to launches and parties taking place in the convention function rooms and are free for all convention members to attend.
