Wendy Metcalfe is a hopepunk science fiction and cosy fantasy writer. She is the author of The Thunderstrike Diaries series of science fiction novellas and The Seashimmer Chronicles fantasy novellas. Wendy is the chairperson of her local writers' circle, and has been writing for over 40 years. Her favourite comfort reads include Becky Chambers' Wayfarers books, The Murderbot Diaries, Anne McCaffrey's Pern books, and Robin Hobb's Liveship Traders
