Terri Windling is a fantasy writer, editor, artist, and folklorist. She has published over forty books for adult and young readers, receiving ten World Fantasy Awards (including the Life Achievement Award in 2022), the Mythopoeic Award (for her novel The Wood Wife), the Bram Stoker Award, and the SFWA Solstice Award. She writes fiction for children and adults, and nonfiction on folklore, fantasy, and fairy tale history. Born in the US, she now lives in a village full of artists on Dartmoor.
