We have a number of advert and sponsorship opportunities.
We will put together an A4 Souvenir Booklet which will go to all attending, online and supporting members. You can have a full, half or quarter page full colour advert. These can be paid for in our shop and we will need the artwork by end March 2025.
Convention items could be sponsored with your company or product branding. This includes the bookbags, badge-holders/lanyards etc. We would work with you to ensure the product chosen reflects your brand. Item sponsorship packages start from around £600 depending on number of attendees, artwork and item chosen.
Elements of the convention itself could be sponsored, for example the art reception. This would include mention/logo in the mini programme guide, on the website and in room branding if desired. Prices would vary, as we would work on the details with you, but could be around £1000.
All sponsors would be credited in the souvenir book, mini programme and on the website. We can also promote your business via our mailing list / progress reports and social media. If you would like to discuss sponsorship please drop us an email enquiries@worldfantasy2025.co.uk
There is no charge for book Launches or parties, but it is traditional to provide refreshments, which we pass on the costs from the venue. This only applies to launches/parties that are available for all/any attendees. Please fill out the Launches form. We will email you with refreshment prices closer to the time to finalise details.
It is also possible to have your own table at the Banquet, there is no charge for this beyond the cost of the meal. Banquet tickets can be found in the Shop. Do just drop us an email of who would be seated at your table. enquiries@worldfantasy2025.co.uk
If you would like a table to sell items please fill out the Dealers’ Form to get approval for a Dealers table. Once approved, you can purchase a dealer’s membership via the Joining Page. Any questions, please email dealers@WorldFantasy2025.co.uk
We would be very grateful for any donations for the book bag and virtual book bag, these can be books, e-books, samplers, magazines, audio books etc. We are expecting between 600 and 1000 attendees, but you can send us a smaller number of books as the bag contents do not have to be identical. The virtual book bag will be made available to the supporting and online members in addition to the attending members. Please email bookbag@WorldFantasy2025.co.uk with donations.
