Ray Russell is a publisher, editor and author. For the last 35 years he has run the World Fantasy Award-winning Tartarus Press with Rosalie Parker. He is the biographer of Robert Aickman, as well as T. Lobsang Rampa. Russell has also had four collections of short stories published, as well as three novellas and four novels. He has been the Chair of the literary society, The Friends of Arthur Machen, for several years.
