Janet Forbes (she/her, bi) is the CEO & founder of World Anvil, the award-winning worldbuilding, novel writing & RPG gaming platform with over 3 million users. She is also a published author, game writer & worldbuilding consultant. Previous publications include Kyanite Press (The Hand that Holds, novelette, 2020), lead author on the official "Dark Crystal Adventure Game" (Jim Henson Co.), work for Kobold Press, Infinite Black et al. Janet is a writing student of Mary Robinette Kowal.
