Was a Master Locksmith for 20 years but also earned a crust variously as a librarian, bookseller, civil servant, motorcycle seller, stable girl and a few other things she can’t recall off hand. Can be found in many fantasy & horror anthologies. Her ww2 crime series, Bunch Courtney Investigations garnered and Arnold Bennett Book Prize. Other titles include A Small Thing For Yolanda, Of Sands and Tides and the upcoming Margrave fantasy series. Past BFS Chair
