I’m English by birth but have lived in Canada for the last 34 years. I have had nine books published for young people and these range from stories of teenage life, to historical and fantasy novels. I was a finalist for the Governor General’s Literary Award and winner of the White Pine Award. I have a deep interest in folklore and have used tropes from this in my work. I am currently working on a Norse inspired fantasy.
