Ellen Starsmore (she/her) has been an avid fantasy reader since her teens, inspired by quests through wondrous worlds. These days, she writes fantasy with love, hope and adventure, primarily focused on character journeys and discovery. Her debut fantasy novel, Beyond the Humming Downs, will launch in 2025. Ellen lives with a feline animal companion and a horde of carnivorous plants in Melbourne, Australia (Boonwurrung Country).
