David J Howe has over forty years of experience as a researcher, writer and publisher. As Editorial Director of Telos Publishing, he revolutionalised Doctor Who non-fiction and won multiple awards, including the World Fantasy Award. His work spans over thirty-five Doctor Who books, countless magazine articles and consulting roles for BBC merchandise. He's also an accomplished horror fiction writer and former chair of the British Fantasy Society.
