April Steenburgh is the pen name of Burdock Broughton (they/them). April lives with a cunning little cat they found in a swamp. That cat might be a witch. April has published multiple short stories and has released one collection. They manage Faery Cat Press with Laura Anne Gilman. When not writing they balance time between teaching English and philosophy and supporting students as an eSports coach.
